Get them into atleast 1 sport or 2 if possible.Buy a treadmill kids will find it fun to run . If however they don’t want to bribe with a toy or threaten to take away an iPad or iPhone or television privileges for 5 days or 2 weeks. They will aventually give in now buckle up and watch the weight drop if your kid sees you as a monster explain it don’t claim it! Show them why don’t trick them they will lose hope and trust in you.Get them in with you on the weight loss plan if possible if none works then you can take them to the hospital where the doctor can determine what to do elsewhere.That’s how you father/mother.
