"a bit of respect you are not talking to geralt" that got me laughing

Kinda disappointed, frankly.

They could’ve so easily made this into 5-6 games at least!

It's a shame that so many people are blind and can't see how terrible Yennefer is as a person, no matter what she is trying to do.

@@breedlove94 it actually gives them some leads and yen apologizes, funny part is the whole problem wasnt with yen's "expert" methods and more her tone and manners no one questioned her talent not even lambert
@@flashtras107820 Her tone is so impertinent because her daughter might be in Uma so she doesn't want to fuck around with something she *knows* won't work. I think she relents because a) she's outvoted, but also b) because she realizes how weighty it is on the witchers to put someone under the Trials. And that they need time to compose themselves before going through with it. This is actually one of my favorite parts of the game because there's a lot of subtlety in how Yennefer bounces off the witchers.
@@breedlove94 Well to that list add that Vesemir was right. Yennefer's plans were dangerous and could've caused Uma to die. Given that she didn't know wether Uma was Ciri or not by that point, she'd be more inclined to try something less risky even if she didn't believe it would work at all. Also nothing was lost by trying, after all it would take just one night at worst.

Lambert is a prick sometimes but he had good reason to yell at yen the trial of grasses is horrible and probably brings deep disturbing memories to them all
Sounds hypocritical of him if you ask me. He never cares about others feelings, why should Yen or anyone care if the trial bothers him? She’s not doing it to be cruel, she’s doing it for a real legit beneficial thing and he’s taking it too personally when it’s not about him. That's what I said? He's insulting yennifer because she's kind of a bitch, and he's insulting Geralt because he lets her get away with it? So therefore he's insulting both of them?

Ought to be common sense, that you're generally required to act with less respect and tact around people you're more intimately familiar with.
Lambert claims he hates Vesemir, but he obviously cares for the ol coot.... so did all of us...
You can hate someone and respect them at the same time
Vesemir is the father figure in Lambert's life, he expects nothing but shit from him, but Vesemir only inspires respect from him and emotions he is yet to cope with
Lambert is a huge tsun, he doesn't really mean the mean things he says and actually cares a lot for papa ves and his witcher bros cause that's the only family he has in his life that actually cares about him too.
"A bit of respect. You're not talking to Geralt"
Geralt: :(
Lambert and Eskel are savages. Everyone says how Lambert shut down Geralt and Yen, but when Eskel tells Lambert he should wear a gag? Damn.
Eskel is like the quiet wolf in the pack, one who never howls or barks but when provoked can absolutely destroy you. And as much as I love Geralt, I still respect and admire Eskel for being such a good Witcher despite being so quiet and brooding all the time (I mean, he never even smiles!) Don't provoke him though...
Lambert is like the hyperactive wolf of the pack, who always barks and howls at things and people, but is still a savage.
Geralt is more like a famously feared wolf
While Vesemir is the leader of the entire pack.
I think Eskel only replies like that because it's the only way to deal with Lambert and he's used to it. Doesn't seem like the guy who would talk like that to anyone other than Lambert or some asshole who deserves it.

They're like his brothers and Vesemir is like their dad, props to Lambert for setting boundaries, although he is a bit of a dickhead
Not really, people tried to swindle or cheat him all the time. That's no sign of respect, if you ask me
Geralt is, like, all the other Witchers are like his siblings; they would totally insult and make fun of you amongst them but will always stand up beside you when the need arises. Every Witcher has made fun of each other (except Eskel who's like that quiet sibling who could be plotting his next murder or just thinking about a cup of drinks) but they've always helped each other in the battlefield. Like, they used to make so much fun of Ciri back when she was little, but look how they helped Geralt and Yen find and save Ciri from the Wild Hunt.

Papa Vesimir's on beast mode. Too bad he is gone. I miss this magnificent bastard
vesemir has earned that respect, he is perhaps one of if not the oldest witcher in existence (considering most witcher schools were attacked and purged), he is quite possibly from one of first groups who underwent the trial of the grasses approx 1000 years ago, and before you go in on me in the books it makes it very clear that witchers do not age exactly and have no yet defined life expectancy (well, its around 100-200 years, but only because a witchers die from monsters, im talking purely death from old age) i imagine they have a similar if not better life expectancy in terms of death from old age than sorcerers, some of whom are 1000 years old
I don't think Vesemir is that old... i remember reading somewhere (don't remember if it was books or game) that the oldest Witcher to ever live on record was a little over 700 years old. If Vesemir were over 1000, he'd have been the one in that entry.
I think, and this is just estimating with how old the fortress is, and the little bit the lore has given us, Vesemir should be around 500 years old. That's still REALLY old, especially for Witchers, who never die in their own beds. But, i don't think Vesemir had gotten to a millennia yet.
@@cussundriakneal9904 Vesemir is about 250-300, Geralt and Eskel about 100. Somewhere in the book is that Vesemir is older than Kear Morhen and Kear Morhen is 250.
Humans arrived in Witcher world 500-1000 years ago.
The oldest sorcerer was about 500 y.o. and he was VERY old in terms of sorcerers' age. Witchers do not live longer than magicians. Vesemir is around 200-350 years old tops. Geralt and Eskel by books logic are about 60 during Wild Hunt. By the game's logic they are almost century y.o. And Lambert is the youngest. By books he is probably 40-50, by games about 70-80 y.o.
@@Spherrum Lambert can't be much younger than Geralt and Eskel because of Pogrom of Kear Morhen, Geralt was young when, fortress was attacked and someone must mutate Lambert.
@@siejac7894 The idea that there were no mutations and new witchers after the attack on Kaer Morhen and that every existing witcher of the wolf school was created before it is a very debatable theory. Lambert, the jerk, and the only one to get angry when he hears that someone else will have to go through a fraction of what he himself had to suffer
"A bit of respect, you're not talking to Geralt"
Then they ask, why do we love Lambert. Prick he may (a big one at that), but he'll be there for you if the need arises, while telling you all the time that he'd rather be elsewhere.
I love how all witchers have a convenient, cosmetic scratch on their face over one eye. But of course without actually damaging the eye. Just there to make them look cooler I guess. I'd be surprised if they didn't give them to each other.
Only Eskel's looks like it wasn't deliberate.
"speaking of old friends and ploughing, how's triss?"
fuckin lambert lmao
"I know your opinion; but I'm not asking permission."
Fuckin Papa Vesemir 😂😂
Papa Vesemir doesn't fuck around.
One of my favorite parts was getting drunk with them. Even when one went missing and you think “oh crap!” He’s just wasted outside. Then going upstairs to use her machine to prank wizards and sorceresses, lol.
Papa Vesemir.Still hurts to this day.Still hurts.
He died like a hero, rip Vesemir.
“Mixing work and romance? Bad idea.”
Don’t you fucking start, Geralt.
Yen is toxic, glad to see Vesemir put her in her place
I love Eskel. He’s such a cinnamon role.
It's crazy how Lambert stands up for Vesemir even though they dont like each other
deep down they care for each other
I hate the game for that... It should had been Gerald... Especially if you did not choose Yen... Instead makes you the lap dog until the end... When I got Triss...eheh
@@xLetalis deep down *all* of them in the room care for each other...
:)
@@sandrobsnake That's lore accurate.
@@phoenixj1299 But is not "game" accurate...
Lambert's reaction to Yen using the Trial of the Grasses on Uma really tells a lot of how he hates the whole Witcher induction business.
What followed was the best bro-night there ever will be.
This is the Yen I know and love.
'Lambert especially' made me laugh so hard
Vesimir is my favorite. I love that old man.
Vesemir : Ill take Uma into the mountains
Yen : What then? Will you howl at the moon together?
that was best part of it lmao
5:10 I'll never understand other women. While Eskel doesn't have the traditional 'pretty boy' look Geralt is lucky enough to own, he's a hella charming dude in his OWN way - to me at least. If I had to pick one outta the three Wolf School guys, I'd choose an evening with Eskel in a heartbeat 😆
Apperance is one thing, another is that he just has that cool, calm, collected dude vibes and that's definitely what I also love about him.
Sapphiresenthiss glad I’m not to only one! I think Eskel is adorable.
@@redraphTC Great to know! ;D
It’s like the dialogue option you can have with him when hunting the forktail.
Eskel: it’s times like this I’m glad this ugly mug of mine keeps the women away
Geralt: Looks aren’t everything at least not to most women
I'd choose Lambert. I love sarcasm and bluntness in a man
Eskel is definitely one of the more ignored Witchers, not gonna lie...
“Bit of respect your not talking to Geralt”
Fucking love you lambert
Sitting there with these gents really felt like drinking with mates.
Even when I haven't played or watched anything related to Witcher before Witcher 3.
