Steps :➞
The 5th or 6th option down should start with two Chinese characters, and is then followed by e MMC. The translation of this is 'wipe e MMC', which is essentially the factory data / reset button. Select this option to start your Factory Reset.
However, your phone might have the standard hieroglyphs that can be found here:

Here is the legend:
1. Factory model

7. Wipe eMMC
8. Version info
9. Reboot phone
You have to select the 7th option first. Afterward, the 9th.

1 turn off your device
2 press the following:
➞ power button
➞ volume up/down or both
➞ home button (if any)
➞ if you do not have volume buttons, you should look for a reset
➞ button or hole and press that instead to trigger reset
3 release the power button when you see the Android guy
4 choose recovery mode
5 choose wipe data/Factory Reset
6 choose yes
7 device will reboot or will ask you to reboot

U need to select the Last option to restart your phone after flashing/resetting the emmc it will not start on its one coz it is in recovery mode.
And pls charge ur phone full after charging u need to follow this either it will not be flashed/reset your phone as it needs to be.
