Prince charming did not kiss Snow White because that was something he wanted to do. It was something he had to do so in essence he was coerced. So if they want to make the argument that Prince charming kissed Snow White without her consent the prince had to kiss Snow White without his consent

Now afterwards mutual romantic feelings developed, but the initial contact was not predicated on Charming wanting to kiss Snow for his own sexual gratification but only his kiss would revive her from the effects of the poison apple.

To be fair in the Brothers Grimm version of Snow White the Prince did not kiss Snow White at all! One of his servants who was carrying the glass coffin containing Snow White had stumbled causing the piece of the apple to dislodge from Snow White's throat reviving her.

Love it. I remember growing up alongside The Daily Show and being introduced to the likes of Lewis Black and being like...DAMN that man is a coronary in a heartache riding a stroke into the hemorrhaging sunset...until I realized its an act. Conjuring this level of frustration and hostility is comical *because* of how wrong it is (especially when flush against logical points) and I'm glad I grew out of thinking every crass or vulgar performance artist was the embodiment of rage. I hear a lot of people give Burr flak at this level, and yet when you hear him in his natural element (baseball game or just kicking back) he's practically muttering in monotone every minute. Just change the word in the story from 'kiss' to CPR. Her waking life depended on it, so what, if the Prince never had a proper lesson, he tried the best he could.
Moral of the story? The Prince got lucky this time, but do the right thing kids, take a CPR lesson. You don't want your help to be mistaken for sexual assault.

Yup. My 3 year old daughter played out that life saving kiss scene, she pretended to be sick and told me to save her, then she wakes up and says thank you. You know how we balance the non-consensual side of that? When ever she asks me to stop something like tickling her, chasing her pretending to be a monster, I fucken stop. This way she knows her boundaries should be respected. And how do we avoid her getting taken advantage of if she is passed out some day in her adult life? By teaching her to stay out of those situations and making her aware of how disgusting shitty people can be.
So get this: In the superhero show WandaVision, the original script was to have Dr. Strange appear in the final episode to help the Scarlet Witch control her magic and defeat the villain. But they changed the plot last minute because they didn’t want a man “mansplaining” magic to a woman.
