    Great content, very informative. Did you part boil the rice? For Ghana jollof, the rice is not partly boiled, the raw rice is washed and added to the sauce. The jollof is not meant to be soggy. Different types of rice you can use, basmati rice, jasmine rice and others.

      You obviously didn’t watch the video or just watched to comment. We said we ferment fufu in Nigeria and went ahead to describe the process. Did anyone mentioned Ghana fufu??
