Unionist Party of Punjab ruled the Province from 1937 to 1947. This party consisted of Muslims, Hindus and Sikhs and the British rulers had decided NOT TO divide Punjab. They were not following divide and rule but Indians were already divided on the basis of religion, caste, region etc. Arya Samajists were biggest communal element in the Punjab !!!

THAT RASCAL DIDNOT CARE ABOUT THE REMIFICATIONS OF HIS FOOLISH ACT !!! DID ANY CONGRESS OR MUSLIM leader tried to do that ?
