Shawn (James Roday Rodriguez) and Gus (Dulé Hill) return to their old stomping grounds only to find it now taken over by... a Catfé? A Catféteria? Whatever it is, it can't be legal.
SYNOPSIS:
In the second Psych film, Santa Barbara Police Chief Carlton Lassiter is ambushed on the job and left for dead. In a vintage Psych-style Hitchcockian nod, he begins to see impossible happenings around his recovery clinic. Shawn and Gus return to Lassie’s side in Santa Barbara and are forced to navigate the personal, the professional, and possibly the supernatural. Separated from their new lives in San Francisco, our heroes find themselves unwelcome in their old stomping grounds as they secretly untangle a twisted case without the benefit of the police, their loved ones, or the quality sourdough bakeries of the Bay Area. What they uncover will change the course of their relationships forever."

It is indeed... and the best part is that right on the other side of that door is Roday's co-star and love interest on AMLT. The cat lady is played by Allison Miller.
This is Us had one of the Psych cast members on it too I think.

This was a beloved show and we are blessed to get two movies from it. Yet all of these complaints about green screen. Really? Just be glad we got the movies. Sheesh.

Ofcos i loved it...but the green screen in the beginning shot here was too obvious..lol
1) I can't be the only one disappointed that Henry is no longer living that hipster life and going to drum circles. 2) Why was Henry's office never utilized by Shawn or Gus during Psych?
It seems Henry redid the walls interior walls so I don’t think it was actually there before.

Hey is that James' new real life girlfriend playing the cat lady???? They work together on A Million Little Things (great show and love This is Us too!!) and it reminds me of him and Maggie - interestingly her character on a Million Little Things is named Maggie!!!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm almost certain James is not in a relationship with Allison Miller (Maggie on AMLT). He did date Maggie Lawson (Jules) for a long time though.
