    Hey guys, new to dtf/dtg / and so on, being screen-printer for more than 40 years. To the question if I see a difference on the final print dtf vs set ; I do see a difference on the fine detail but I didn't know which one is the dtf >> but for certain the one on the left side was much better detail. Can you answer what process was used for the design on the left side, which again had the better detail? I'm referring to the images on the minute 9:30ish

      That comparison at 9:30 in this video the DTF print is on the left. It’s slightly clearer as the ink doesn’t spread when pressed like how Screen Printed Transfers do. While it is minimal, those very small logos and type are clearer. Screen print transfers to sit down in the fibers of the shirt more (like traditional screen printing) so the texture of the shirt can be seen as well. We have all of the minimum like requirements as well as negative space (show through) minimums here: www.transferexpress.com/videos/line-thickness-tool-and-print-minimums

    why did you not talk about the $15.00 shipping cost for your DTF prints this is MUCH!! hihger then other DTF print providers. Withe the Flat $15.00 shipping fee for your DTF transfers low qunitys are NOT!!! profitable at alll!!!

    • @transferexpress
      @transferexpress  Před 10 měsíci

      We offer flat rate $15 shipping to protect the transfers after they leave our building as well as 2 day maximum turn time anywhere in the contiguous United States (We'll upgrade to air, at the cost of ground). All of our shipments are in crush-resistant packaging so they arrive to you ready to press)
      Many orders leaving our facilities end up grouping together to ship under the same shipping cost for our customers- with the vast majority of those small images with Direct to Film being grouped with orders of screen printed or digital heat transfers, shipping for no additional cost.
      We do offer DTF pickup in the Cleveland, Ohio area as well as Pheonix area (coming very soon)

      Low quantity orders should be made for testing and once you find a design that sells, order in higher quantity. Stahls doesn't make any money on smaller orders so they have to charge more, and you shouldn't be worried about profits if you're only ordering MOQ

      Why have you never said any of this before in your videos? Your videos about low quantys show a totaly different story!! And buy the way your flat shipping price is the same for large or small orders. All these facts should be clear in your you tube videos but they are NOT . This is very deceptive!!!
