Is Hikkaduwa, Sri Lanka worth going to?

Yes. This surf beach community has everything you need for a simple beach life and it's a great place to explore around including the memorial site for the tsunami victims where 1700 people died on the train incident alone.

I miss the beach and the waves and the ocean peeples. I think it's been about 3 years since we've been to the beach. Too bad you hurt your knee and couldn't do much surfing.
