The use of the cello reminds me of the 1990s progressive thrash metal band Believer when they introduced Trilogy of Knowledge as they had merged thrash with Cello Metal as they did Symphonic Thrash Metal before everyone knew what it was.
Dysrider has peers in Whispers From Heaven from the states as the European approach was adopted for the band.
