i just finished rewatching meteor garden 2018 and the feels are still the same like the first time I saw it. i will say that this drama has a special place in my heart. i still hope that they will soon be reunited in another drama again i miss them all. great actors!❤️

In the 2001 version, in the second season, Si forgets shancai after an accident and revives his memory in the last episode, he also falls in love with another girl in between. That was such a terrible story line. All the love they built up between Si and Shancai seemed so fake in that season. Because Si easily forgot shancai and even fell in love with another girl. Instead of making the story line so boring, they joined it to the first season in 2018..In ep 43,Si gets stabbed and pretends to lose his memory as a prank.. So basically they modified the storyline of S2 into a better one and joined it in the first season and didn't make a big deal out of it. So there's really no possibility of S2 although I wish there was

I know they remain to the people's heart maybe forever as i saw the 2018 Meteor Garden is the best among the earlier. What made them the best was that, the leading Shancai & Daoming Si were so adorable. They were so natural with each other.
