4 of these is absolutely diabolical with that range. I use three Cannone 75/27s as Italy but they only have a range 10m better than the 3 inch/80mm/81mm/82mm mortars. Still very useful.
Lol, direct controlling the towing vehicle just to make the gun face the correct direction is a poor decision. Send the vehicle to the location you want then make the gun position itself on foot. Any gun under 17cm can move fast enough. Of course, self propelled artillery is the preferred choice. This game requires you to figure out how to make it easy for yourself. Laziness is king in improving your enjoyment of this game. There are little tricks to infantry control too such as: 1. press K --> foxhole in front of each unit = all men automatically end up inside foxholes 2. always put nearby infantry into the same squad to share ammo and medkits. 3. adding a medic to a squad = medkits for your squad. 4. a medkit tent next to one man = unlimited medkits for your entire squad (particularly useful when you dig in). 5. combine fresh units with out of supply units to share ammo (i.e. frankenstein your squads so you don't need to resupply mid-fight). 6. you can loot ammo using anyone - it doesn't matter whose inventory gets loaded with ammo they can't use personally, cuz the entire squad can access the ammo. 7. direct control for LMG in tactical camera view is very strong. Other guns are better in FPS.
You watch my content. You should know I don't always do it. When I do, it's bc the pathing is gross around trees. I usually always use control click to position them. Not my first rodeo brother haha
@@PuggoRebornChannel Thank you very much for your help 👍 All works fine now, but I think I'll keep that enemy outline off anyway for realism/immersion purpose🙂 And once again thank you for all your videos on your channel. I love Call to Arms and your videos helped me a a lot with the learning curve. I'm soo looking forward to the ''Airborne DLC''

Heya friend if you use the late variant of the 84 they can fire AT shells! (not the most reliable but for early units it's great!)

I gotta try this myself, yesterday I used the wrong 76 and it just sucked
Hey, how do you get a red outline of an enemy behind the bush or a tree? I don't have that and I couldn't find it in the settings..
When playing, the top left-hand corner of the screen is an outline of a unit. Click it. Hope this helps!
