Beastboyshub is an absolute real gamer, everyone else repeats a game to milk views but bbs doesnt.
Sam tabor gaming (an American gamer) tries wayy different games! And he gets views?why?because the audience does like it but Indian audience(mostly children) wouldn't watch or accept and gamers don't wanna play other games bcz they want views!
Tyyyssssmmmm guys for taking the time to view my comment and appriciating it

I've been watching bbs from 2018 , and trust me when I say this, every game he plays he makes it entertaining , I've almost watched every series of his , and the sad part is majority of indian viewers will not support his playstyle , but for the last month he is incorporating both his play style and what viewers wants and he is growing again , I really hope that he becomes the face of Indian gaming community and every other ytbers could be like him.❤

      I mean like , I am playing games for over 6 years , since I was 14
I have over 200 games in my steam library , my steam account is worth over 1.8 lakhs(a small ammount if you ask me , don't be surprised it's actually a small ammount)
Played like 6.5 hars of combining all games
I still think mobile games shouldn't be called as mainstream gaming unless you are in eSports
Or you should play aaa games but that require beefy computers , yet really low percent of people have it
Then the problem being taking graphics over fun factor
I was that kid back then until my friend(online one not the colony one) recommended me to play tf2 and csgo with him , well not I have over 3000 hrs in csgo and 2000 in tf2

I am 1985 born in a very small town in WB but I may say I am very lucky. In 1996 I remember brought my 1st 8bit video game console called Terminator & played on our 14inch B/W TV . My mom use to scream at me as I spent the whole sunday afternoon 3-4 hrs playing Video game & get tired in the evening & fall asleep while studying. My first Video game introduction in a video game Parlor in Kolkata while I am on summer vacation at grandfather house. i was amazed when I first play mario & boomber man for the first time in my life there.
My school computer instructor let me play prince of persia,F1 after half hour computer class.
I played James Bond Nightfire(pirated) on my 1st PC on 2003.then Max payne so on so forth.. I dnt know I should certified my self as true gamer but I truly love gaming still after 30+ years.I am still play games on my PC.

Great content. I personally think games are still a form of luxurious entertainment for Indians whose per capita income is around $2500. We were late to catch up to the internet and computer boom as we were going through different hurdles and bollywood was indeed a great larger than life escape at that time from reality.

    • @sunteraze
      @sunteraze Před měsícem +1

Well internet sucked in India in the past because most ISP were looting customers using 2004 TRAI rule that 256kbps is min bandwidth for "Broadband" while Singapore and other Countries were on 1mbps to 5mbps that time. And upload was restricted 80% below than Download speed and it continued till 2015 when Internet streaming was booming, like if u had 50mbps download in 2014 then 1 to 3 mbps was capped upload speed. India has always been behind the world because our govt in the past and present thinks Bandwidth is luxury while other Countries know it's a necessity. Remember 3g and 4g plan before JIO came? ye scam prices at scam data quota. And ISPs mostly still fooling people today saying "unlimited" then somewhere they write "FUP" and worst part is nobody has filed a lawsuit for false advertisement against them.

That game seriously changed my Life... It literally widened my perspectives about how video games can be so narrative yet so Sentimental at the same time. After that I tried playing every type of game regardless of their Genre and category and even tried many rpg games which are just so phenomenal. This comment is more like a thank you note to you, for exposing a nobody like me to wide perspectives of Video games... And I hope that soon our Country will also have a Diversified Gaming Community where everybody can see the passion and hard work that is placed on every single Games by their respective Studios.

Bro you did such a great research work I see. All the facts presented in this video are so true and straight to the point. I think in India, majority people who watch gaming videos don't like to try to out something different like different games and all. For example: there are a lot of people who just watch Minecraft, GTA, car for sale, granny videos and don't wanna explore new games or different games. They are just sticked or attached to just a particular game or community and don't wanna try something new!

    Bro spitting outright facts.
Btw I got my first PC back in 2007 or 2008 I guess which had 128mb RAM. That PC was bought much before 2007 for my uncle then it was of no use. So I insisted to revive that PC because I wanted to play GTA, IGI, Condition Zero etc. But back then I didn't have any knowledge about RAM memory, processor & the basic hardware stuff. So I was unable to play because of storage issues.
Then around 2013 I used to play games on my dad's office laptop. He used to bring games for me from my cousins or sometimes download using office WiFi. He used to get different laptops from his office for different projects. So I have played games on Sony Vaio, some laptop from Acer, HP, Lenovo etc.
And finally last year only my parents gave me my first ever gaming laptop after years of wait.

The difference between our and foreign gaming community is we always judge a games with their graphics also for the fact when Prince of Persia lost crown released many people here were criticizing it how the gameplay and graphics is not similar like other Prince of Persia games but on the other hand foreign audiences were appreciating the game for it's creativity even though they were also critizing it first but when they played it they opinion change about it.

The social aspect of gaming is another double-edged sword. Online communities can foster collaboration, teamwork, and friendships that transcend geographical boundaries. However, the anonymity of the digital world can also breed toxicity, with cyberbullying and hate speech marring the experience for many. It is important to remember that behind every avatar is a real person, and to treat each other with respect and kindness.

Another big reason is the pricing of the games, people here in india find it wasteful to spend 5k on a single game even if they buy a console for 50k it is a plastic box in itself until they buy games, i feel the pricing should be country specific that could boost up the community building in india otherwise people resort to piracy and then companies like Nintendo stay away from us :(

, the Indian gaming scene is kinda unique. It's huge 'cause of the massive young crowd, but most folks go for mobile games since they're more affordable than fancy consoles or PCs. Plus, the games people like there can be pretty different from what you'd find in the US or Japan. There are some hurdles too, like not-so-great internet in places and not as many high-end gaming setups. But hey, things are looking up! With more folks getting into gaming and some cool developments in the industry, India's gaming community is definitely on the rise. It's not quite at the level of the big gaming hubs yet, but it's getting there.

The only thing that dissapoints me too much is that the majority of the people here considers multiplayer/Battle royale as the peak and the only gaming genre to exist(seriously I have seen irl), and the worst part is some of my friends talk thrash about other genre without even trying them, and they have the financial condition too to try them but they consider it to be inferior idk why. I have been playing games since I was just born(technically watched my dad), and to be honest at the times of 2000 when my dad played every type of games including from COD to freedom fighters, gta, prince of persia, and many more, the story, the experience is soo much greater than battle royale is unbelievable, not saying that I hate Battle royale/multiplayer games, I had spent thousands of hours on Team Fortress 2 and also quite a lot of battle royale mobile games, and they have their own charm and no other genre can replace it.
The point I want to make is, and request the upcoming worlds greatest gaming community ever is, we should try new things and experience new stuffs, encourage others to be part of it and enjoy together, not always try to surpass each other and show that you are better in something than others, the only thing that matters is entertainment, not commitment, and not ego, I love to try new games and experience new adventures, that's what I have been doing for my whole life.
And the people who are still reading this comment, and also played only mobile battle royale games, I have a request for you, when you are able to afford a decent laptop or pc( doesn't matter if it has pentium processor and 2 gb ram), you will be shocked to hear this that you just have experienced only 2 percent of gaming in your whole life.

Bro, I started playing games for the first time in 2006, that too on a neighbor's computer and since then games became an addiction for me. I don't know how many games I have played since then. In 2015 after my secondary exams I took computer as a subject of study so that I could get my own computer and I got it. Although it was second hand, but that was the perfect match for me. Since then I would ask to buy games without demanding any other gift on birthday or any other occasion. Many times I bought games out of my father's pocket without telling him. For which I got scolded a lot. Although all those games were cracked or pirated and then when I got to know more about the games, I came to know that there are no big studio in India, who is making games. The ones there are, they are busy making mobile games and PC games studios are either shut down or A big company has acquired.
Since that day, I wanted to make a PC game, which has the ability to compete with all the famous games in the world. Because I prefer to play games on PC rather than mobile.
At one time, I think about the story of the game with great enthusiasm, how it will happen and everything. I prepared myself that way. But unfortunately I did not get any help to proceed with this matter.
I finally gave up and started my own gaming channel last year. I don't know if my wish will ever come true.

    Your opinion is almost right
I haven't seen any pc until 2016 and that was an potato pc which can barely runs some games like angry birds, city racing(pc) and retro games
Our parents doesn't want to spend money on gaming pc or console because it's seen useless and expensive so they didn't agree on it
Yeah our culture isn't playing video games my dad he played chess mostly back in day and my grandparents was most wealthiest family in our village back in day and still these things never been accepted
    Maybe they were right
Our most of audience are immature they didn't know what to do,how to handle things etc
In the golden era of pubg you can see some of our audience got suicides just for not getting in game item that needs to buy with real money and these news mostly attracted parents and
That is the one of the reasons still today gaming is not acceptable even my parents hate playing pubg and free fire
I think these problem fix in our next generation because after few years new generation will take over the country and maybe it will be bad or not I hope new generation fix all these problems and create an best esports system and esports will be the stable job for everyone
    It will make Indian better
If anything I said bad just reply the portion and I will fix that
    Thank you❤

I think that comparison between India and Poland is only right till some extent as in Poland they had smaller population and they were getting help from European countries to stable their economy whereas in India we had huge population and less resources and many countries were not there for us to get help from. We had many different things to focus on and if you talk about bollywood and TV there were only 1 or 2 TVs in whole colony and gaming was so expensive and still it is for most of the population
Younger population is able to play games is because they are free by today I don't think I am still financially stable to buy a game worth 5000 it's not worth it for me as I have many different things prior

If i say about the current gaming community then i would say that it's just a sudden thing which emerged during COVID 19 pandemic. But if our government some how support this community then it would be something better than others. And one more thing is that i bought my first PC in 2019 and also i agree with your opinion.

We should make games on our own mythology , that would we able to catch some attention on every age group but there is a problem our religious community is very sensitive towards this type of things like including games on religion
I would try to make one game on religion which would promote our religion and gaming as well
But it's just too hard to think and do

I generally dont comment but I agree with what you have said. I grew up playing GTA SA and VC got lost as my mom said, gaming is very bad and all that stuff. Then, again got back into gaming through GTA V and PUBG Mobile. Now playing CODM.
I believe gaming will be changing in the future as now big businesses are focusing on gaming market in India and will try to capture it. So people will see the change in perspective of people in seeing gaming.

I got my first PC 5 years ago , I belonged to a middle class family but I had access to proper internet and i convinced my parents to buy me a gaming pc. My father was totally against it , but my mother believed in me . The real problem is Indian parents thinks if you play games then you won't be able to do great in studies, but after they found out my gaming didn't affect my score and it improved it, they allowed me to play bigger and new games and even buy them, previously I used to pirate games which I didn't like because it doesn't support the developer.
I was the one in my family who changed their thoughts on gaming .
