I work in the customer care for one of the top public sector bank & all i hear is abuses from customer regarding branch service & behave of officials there. It's better to privatise public banks only then the officials will take their customer seriously.

I myself work in RRB as an assistant manager 😅most of my customers are uneducated and living their lifes depending on government scheme money and 80 to 90 % of SHG and MSME loans are given on the basis consumption without any security in case of the near situated PSB Union bank scenario is also not very different😅.....only fools will think privatization is a great idea....and also most of the banks are very strict about their complaining policies nowadays.....if they receive any complaints against u ur increment will be stopped and u might even get suspended....BTW are you a daily wadger?😂just asking
