If you have your Bennett at C6, you should've also hit the flower with a normal attack from Lynette so you can get all 3 stacks from Mistsplitter

Definitely Heizou. Lynette's c6 gives her the option to become a driver, but Heizou will definitely do more damg, because he had higher scalings.
