A good practice song for short slide notes is: Maware! Setsugetsuka on hard difficulty, focusing on the chorus
I'm a thumb player and for some reason i can't Full combo that IDK why ??
@@RyanUniverseZ It is harder with thumbs, but it is also possible. Since I'm not a thumb player I don't really have any tips for you other than keep trying at it.

*i also can't clear Unstoppable at Expert because my left thumb won't listen to my brain my right thumb however works fibe switching between them is a real problem
The reason why I searched for this video is because I couldn't play Maware! Setsugetsuka lmao

would you ever make one of these videos specifically with tips for thumb players? death sliders and slide flicks are particularly hard for me because i'm a thumb player!! your video have still been helpful but i'm still struggling :(

I think another really good song to practice slide notes on is Romeo on both hard and expert! It’s fairly easy to follow along with in the beginning, and both hard and expert feature sliders that go in sync with tap notes. Every day when I first go into Bandori, I usually do Romeo as a warm up because of this.

the full name is six trillion years and an overnight story (or roku chounen to ichiya monogatari) but there are abbreviations like 6ty or roku

If you're planning to make another guide like this, i'd like to see a guide of spam notes like the drumming notes. I struggle the most with these and i see others struggling in this too. No pressure tho!

I play on an iPad, and use three fingers on each hand (using what I remember from piano lessons when I was a kid). For slides, I generally find using my middle finger to be easiest regardless of which lane the slide starts and ends in, although there are individual cases where using my index or ring finger is better.
I'm really stuck at moving slides because i can't properly match the line patterns and would miss a lot because of it,thank you for this tips! I'm really struggling a lot in this part
So can you teach me more about moving slides
That moment when you get too into the sliding and accidentally swept your finger by 2 millimeters instead of just releasing it, now you have to do the song all over again.

i remember getting perfects on the tear drops slides (but mess up the others) a few months after i started
now i can play all the other notes but mess up the slide😂

For some reason when I try every combination of a holding slide note and pushing a normal note it's always miss for me the slide note. Idk why but it always runs my combo
Usually sometimes when i do slide notes i hold my finger down wher the slide note started

Okay... This is gonna sound embarrassing but I've been playing bandori for like about a month, decided to not really look up anything online or any tutorials. I just wanted to figure it out for myself. But I started seeing that the max difficulties I could play were 22s 23s. I think I had only one or two songs that were 25s. So I decided to look up some tips, found this video and.... I JUST found out that you didn't have to hit the hold notes again on the release.
My dumb ass saw the circles at the end of the hold notes and thought "oh that's a weird quirk of this game, I guess you have to hit all hold notes again at the end!" not realizing you only had to release 🙃. I guess cause the game doesn't really penalize you for extra notes I never really noticed.
Now that I've played some more songs, definitely some passages are easier than I thought they were. Unfortunately for me, a lot of hold patterns I had in my muscle memory are gonna have to be relearned 😓 smh wish me luck

every time i try to do maware hard mode the slider part always messes me up .. TTwTT the best i've gotten was 1 miss, this will help me a bunch i think
the mechanic at 3:28 doesnt work, at least not for Dont Say Lazy, On Your New Journey and Alien Alien. My guess is that it's my phone, but I would be careful depending on what you're playing on.

I have no idea why, but flick notes are too easy for me, like i dont have to press again on the end of the flick note, i just let go and it counts as press?

Thumb players rise up lol. Tbh I started this game not long ago and those slide notes seem to be hardest note for this game, but I could be wrong about that. Great tips though for this, I'll try to get my thumbs through it.
