  • Moong Dal Khichu
    Take a Bowl and add
    1 Cup - Yellow Moong Dal
    Washed and Soaked For 2 Hours
    1/4 Cup - Chilka Moong Dal
    Washed and Soaked For 2 Hours
    Grind in Mixie
    1/2 Cup - Water
    and Make Paste
    Take a Kadhai and add
    2 Cup - Water
    Salt to taste
    Pinch - Turmeric Powder
    2 tsp - Cumin Seeds
    2 tsp - Green Chilli Ginger Paste
    Boil Properly
    Pinch - Baking Soda
    1/4 Cup - Rice Atta
    Mix Properly and add
    Moong dal paste or Mixture ,Mix Properly
    And Cook till Removes Pan Sides
    Take a Steamer and Apply oil on Plate
    Keep above Mixture for Steam for 10 min
    And Half of the Mixture Keep for Cooling
    Tadka
    1 tbsp - Oil
    1 tbsp - Garlic Chopped
    1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
    Mix and Pour above the Khichu
    Take Cooling Khichu and Make a Balls and press from Middle and Steam for 10 Min
    Serve Hot
    Drizzle Oil and Sprinkle Pickle Masala
