I love how every single youtuber involved in pressure washing always dodges the initial question of how much someone should charge. The answer should at least address cost per square foot. Obviously beginners are asking these questions and don't have an entire business to run. Pressure Washing should be charged anywhere from .15 cents to .30 cents per square foot depending on how dirty the area is, with a multitude of factors being taken into consideration. Everyone dodges the question because they want you to buy their business course.
Thanks bro!
Or hourly based on how much it usually takes for square feet
This is great general business advice
🙏🏼
I have no competition, they don't gain profit from watching and I don't gain a thing thinking about what they are doing...stay focused on your product and results and feedbacks
Thanks for the video

Hi Mile.

Check out How To Wash - it covers all of this
Right on 👍
Well what should be the profit margins?
hey, i watch your videos all the time and i truly enjoy them! it’s inspired me to start a pressure washing business. im 16 years old and im looking to start one. i have a license and almost everything i need, but what do you recommend me doing? what chemicals whst stuff should i use?
I have a question. I wanted to use elemonator but it's illegal to buy in California. What's second best surfactant you recommend? Thank you in advance 👍
I have a cheap little pressure washer (electric). gonna take my son for a walk and see if we can do this. Would love to start him a business and work for himself. Just worried about (crazy)ppl saying that I messed something up but I even get started.
Take before and after pictures and videos of every job
I had an 8GPM pump blow a hole through the bottom of the pump do you think I should just get another pressure washer of replace the pump
Replace the pump
Amd check your oil all the time
@@AllAboutPressureWashing I will and I figured out the hose that diverts water back to the water tank was kinked and the pressure built up in the pump
@@TrexExcavation that’ll do it. The unloaded HAS to work as intended. Sorry to hear that man. If it makes you feel better, when I first got into the business I broke down my whole pump because I randomly lost PSI on day. Turns out, the unloader just went bad 🤦. I didn’t know crap back then. Live and learn.
@@chrisgood9715 I got it fixed now I was just glad I had 2 other trailers and another pressure washer on the trailer only runs 4GPM but got the job done
I charged a company 10 cents a sq ft for a shopping plaza, 100k sq ft, I told the manager that we had a 3 day window but we finished it 2 and he tried getting us to do the sidewalks because we finished too fast. Your thoughts
Sounds good but doesn’t always work like that
Charge by the square footage
What expenses? We just spraying that water, 😅
Bro A regular water bill it’s already like $200
@@ryanred1525 lmfao where?
@@ryanred1525 Yeah...I'm actually very curious on this 200 dollar water bill? Are you talking a house hold water bill? Or a business? Or a car wash?
@@ryanred1525 $200 water bill? You sir, have a leak!
@@ryanred1525 bro u using water or petrol lmao? This channel has made an entire video on this it barely costs 2-4$ of water usage per house
Imma teenager looking to pressure wash in Tennessee this summer any advice on how to get business or what to charge if it’s just me and for the summer
Charge like you would if you were a full time professional - why would you leave money on the table?
450
what would you be doing if not pressure washing
I don't pressure wash
@@AllAboutPressureWashing 🤯🤯🤯🧨🧨🧨💥
I herd $999 is a good starting price :)
For what?
Figured out how much you want to make an hour find out how long you will take to do any job and all of the expenses he talked about and set your base price at twice your desired hourly rate. And only charge more for each hour beyond the first and expenses.
I can't do this type of work requires too much travel time and money.
So..... Two bucks?
😱 yikes … but or rent a Surface Washer !
A million dollars.
For pressure washing you almost have to call around and act like you want to get your house pressure washed so you know how much companies would charge so you can make a profit. You probably would want to be cheaper than most companies so you get the job
Whatever you do, stop being the $199 guy!!!! Charge as much as you can!!!!!
Basically do it yourself I’m not telling you😂
So basically you don't answer the question and you make it even more complicated
Why
#powerwashfor999 #mow4fifty
Just do it yourself 😂
Good luck, boy.
You shouldn’t pressure wash brick.
Wrong
@@AllAboutPressureWashing your dad left.
Hells nah to much.
what overhead? 😂 😂 You're literally spraying water with other peoples water
That’s why you don’t own a successful business. And if you say you do I don’t care because I absolutely don’t believe you
@@scionixx9568 I used to be part of a large business but okay? And it doesn't take an expert to see what's wrong with this. He has literally no overheads and can probably take care of everything himself.
@@jp46614 Sure buddy
@@scionixx9568 Not going to respond other than "sure buddy"? Pathetic.
Learn how to use your own water..
No thank you, il get a job instead
