What a great song! It's very sad some of Randy's songs didn't get promoted as they should have. Some of his songs after the Eagles are better than when he was with the Eagles. This is one of them, as well as Hearts on Fire, and Gotta Get Away. Fantastic songs that should have done much better than they did.

Eagles were never the same after Frey gave Randy the boot......and I think the two Egomaniacs ( Frey & Henley ) knew it !! Because they didn't have much success after.....One decent album.....then Kaput !

You could not get that today someone like Randy famous in his own right and Kim Carnes very much up and coming female singer and put them in a song together and have the magic without some ego issues. These were the days indeed.
