When we live in our comfort zones we hardly know the price people like you pay out their in the mission fields. The genuineness with which you share experiences has changed my perspectives and put a burden to pray.. . God be with you! 🙏

God anoints preachers for ministry n equips them with gifts of preaching the word boldly, fearlessly & effectively
Disciples are formed only when the word of God is taught to them systematically n by ensuring they continue in faith by encouraging them, entrusting them under the care of elders of the church.
Leaders are appointed to disciple the seekers, thus leading to the growth of the ministry.
Being faithful to whatever work God has entrusted us is very important for the ministry’s progress. Whenever the word is preached, confusion is caused by people who oppose them. Hence discernment is very important. Only the gospel can resurrect people. Sinful man cannot save himself. Pride can enter preachers subtly n unnoticed. Pride can be eliminated when our focus is on the cross. A truly good friend will openly correct us. The one who heeds correction gains understanding. God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble. All glory should be given to God alone. Dying to self is to forgo our selfish egoistic desires.
Hostility follows when true gospel is preached. We should be God pleasers, not people pleasers, our ministry must be to the Lord. As long as we complete the work which God has entrusted us, we can be sure that no harm will befall us. A true disciple will never give up on taking the gospel to his persecutors, thus blessing them.
Elders should be appointed through prayer & fasting. The kingdom of God is in us. We enter heaven by the grace n mercy of God, through faith in His sacrificial death on the cross, to redeem us sinners. We undergo sickness as we live in a fallen world, we suffer due to our foolish decisions, we are taught patience through suffering, trials produce perseverance. It changes our perspective & we realize this world is not our home, we experience the presence of God n have the joy of a close relationship with Him. We must rejoice in the Lord always, be it in our joy or during our trials.
We must endure & embrace trials & disciple people to serve our Lord & Savior.
May the presence of God be with you on ur mission trip to Himachal, Punjab & Haryana & share ur experiences on ur return. Our prayers for ur safe missionary journey.
🙏🙏..significant message. Jesus never promised that we should have a luxurious life ,but instead in the midst of all storms He will be with us..only the pride of what Jesus done on the cross 🙇♀️
