I'm good at alot but this haircut slows me down an i struggle with this cut I tried doing it in 3 pieces sides then back like a blow out but idk came out decent but I can do better I will now try this way using skippin half guard step to do it last and up an backwards way with 2 thanks for the tip hopefully this helps

I have been doing self-haircuts for almost two years. One trouble area is behind my left ear. Always seems to get faded too high. Watching this video you mentioned in that same area that the grain is almost sideways. On my next cut I'm going to pay attention to the way the grain is above that ear to make sure I'm cutting against it. Thanks
