Ingredients for 10 mini tarts (i've made half the amount in the video)
Pastry Cream:
4 egg yolks
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 cups milk
30 grams unsalted butter
¾ cup sugar or as desired
for shell:
230 grams ready to use tart dough
