    Excellent thanks! Would be useful to show the illustrations as well. And a short summary at the end of the key calc steps and or whether that final screen is downloadable (would be useful for learning/revision).
    Just ideas, enjoyed the video, more confident in ABC costing thanks again!

    Thank you for posting! Finally I understand it, so I will handle my exam better!
    But I'm thinking maybe it will be clearer with some case studies?
    For example, in the real world, Coca-Cola is using ABC?

    Very useful video. Helped me a lot. However, I disagree with the idea that it can not be in service industries. Kaplan and Cooper (1998) suggests that service companies are ideal candidates for ABC.
    A bit confused now...

    • @jonathanedwards3702
      @jonathanedwards3702 Před 7 lety

      ABC performs well where there are more than just a few number of activities. As explained before, manufacturing processes can get complicated - so can service industries. I think in the video he meant more of a basic service being provided like being a tax consultant - but agencies where they provide many services are complex because they all require advertising, handling issues, recruiting the right experts etc - for example letting a property is easier than selling an actual property as more paperwork, accountants, mortgage solicitors etc are involved. Hope this helps.
