It's because the dragons themselves don't correctly display the width of the ability. When you go on Hachiman and look at his 1, the dragon is in the centre of the line and it's thicker than it appears.

Death shot 97 something similar is happening to me, game cant pass loading screen and then kicks me back to lobby, what I am doing is to restart smite when that happens so I can join the match, but Ive tried downloading it again and still the same so Im waiting for Hi Rez to answer my support email lol

I always see these videos and never click on them or pay them any mind. Now I see why. Conquest...yikes. However I wish I could learn how to play Ao Kuang. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.
If you don't play conquest then that's your answer right there. Ao Kuang really shines in the jungle of conquest, while he gets shut down easily in a lot of other game modes, unless you really know what your doing and/or the enemyteam is very uncoordinated.
Warriors Blessing to start, start building Berserker's Shield, then go Warrior/Ninja Tabi. I prefer Warrior, some people prefer Ninja Tabi, it's up to the user. Then after that you could go Blackthorn, then into a defense item. If they have a lot of physicals, go Breastplate of Valor, or Genji's Guard if there are more magicals, but go Pestilence if there are healers/lifestealers on the other team. After that, I guess you could go into an attack speed item like Executioners, then get a defense item to suite your needs. -Warriors Blessing -Berserker's Shield -Boots of Choice -Blackthorn -Defense of Choice -Attack Speed Item (Because Memes) -Sell Blessing for Needed Defense -Sell Berserker's for more defense or attack speed. -Sell Blackthorn for Mantle of Discord or something. -Sell Boots for Speed Pot, then go either more attack speed (like Qin's or something now), or just more defense/HP.) That delayed Thanatos quadra was pretty sick, but if the Susano didn't run away and can hit a Typhoon, it would've been a different story.
