Give him 1 Roaming mask, Tough boots, 3 tank items, and then Ice Queen Wand.
Concentrated Energy is better than Ice Queen Wand..Also Glowing Wand.

Baxia isnt the best choice if you want to play the role of true tank. His cc is harder to hit than other tanks. Though he is very mobile so he is still a good hero if you like to roam. You can back up allies outnumbering the enemy in team fights.

I always use baxia with custom mage emblem because i usually use magic items and it deals high damage. No need to use tank emblem because baxia is "tanky" enough to deal damage
I used vengeance.. for more damage,, and for more durable..
during team fight.
i think the best suited emblem for him is supp just likw grock who can nuke enemy fast

I'am tank/mage/fighter/support user but this hero is a very bad tank his cc isn't reliable at all to chase or to protect an ally minotor gatokaca,Johnson,franco or khufra are still much better choices than baxia i don't see him joining the mythic meta as a tank maybe as a mage/fighter but a tank no... He have 0 teamfight potential
