Im 17 years old and it feels like the 80s listening to this
maybe you like my music? I turn songs into synthpop music with an 80s touch ;-)
Thanks for not listening to crap music, young one.
Adrian Tyler do you mean that in a positive way? ;-)
When I was a really little kid, this is exactly what the radio station remix DJ's sounded like on Friday's and Saturday's, Usually jamming out in my living room. The 80's were the best!
I AGREE !
Ah, the synthesizer. A staple of the greatest 80's songs.
Yeah I definitely love how they use the synthesizer to create the awesome songs in regular show.
Omg, regular show brought me here too..
yep, me too
I can feel the mustache and mullet growing. Hey when did that fiero appear in my driveway?
Tan Gre hahahaha best comment ever :P
+Tan Gre this comment truly made my day

I will never grow tired of this song (Blue Monday) :)
Thank you!!!
The song from Bronski Beat was in my head for ages and I was trying to find it without ANY luck!! Didn't know the name and couldn't recall any of the lyrics. Via your video I found it immediatly!! THANK YOU AGAIN HUGE LOVE. run away turn away turn away run away run away....
Bronski Beat made some cool songs... Jimmy Somerville - the singer - too !
Good memory good music thanks for charing
Magic times with great music.
Hotline Miami 3 soundtrack confirmed

Tommy Vercetti literally I was looking for this stuff BECAUSE I wanted stuff similar to Hotline Miami's music lmao
PHLEGM dude if you liked Hotline Miami you HAVE to watch Kung Fury, it's on youtube and the soundtrack and the movie is oozing that 80s synth pop feel :3 plus its hilarious
Lmao Daniel M I'm here for the same reason as you. Pertubator is an awesome song
Pootisman AS IN *HAVE TO* KUNG FURY!!!
why do i like this so much? I was born in the 1990's...so the tv/radios must have played things that were produced in 1980-199x's
These songs are so fly!
Wow! Total 80's flashback!
80sssssssssssss yeah !!!
Kicks the shit out of modern pop.
depeche mode"s debut album "speak and spell", pure synth pop. early omd, and human league, worth listening to.
Correction, that is not a equalizer, it is merely a spectrum meter. If it was an equalizer we would all be able to adjust the frequency levels. Great music tho!
i love you homie! ive been looking for smalltown boy for-ever!
didnt know the name
thanks ;)
The same here ;) But when I saw Bronski Beat in the description I knew it has to be what I was looking for ;)

Hi, I've been searching for a song that I believe is from the late eighties. I was rather young when I heard it on the radio. Unfortunately, I've been searching for nearly twenty years because I can only remember a small portion of the song of which I cannot distinguish the words. I was young. It's a very deep, electronic piece, and is repeated throughout the song. I think it's along the lines of synth pop, new wave, dance rock, electronic....(that really helps) Lol! The voice was male, and the part of the song sounds something like "I care. I care. I care, care sendtherain". I know this isn't what is was saying, and this is not much to go on. All I have is fifty dollars, but to whomever can help me locate this song, it is yours. Thank you to all who may help!
maybe its (a-ha - Take on me)
+BackyardGoon No, I'm sorry. That is not it, but thank you for trying!
Macintosh Plus - 420
Maybe. I hope you find your song!!!
Could it possibly be 'Rain - Dragon', only song I could think of for some reason
Layla k its not "I ran" by a flock of seagulls is it?
Just as a note... The first track is actually New Order's "The Beach", their instrumental version of "Blue Monday", but it's still a fantastic track and a great album - thanks for sharing it!
I hear vocals...
Truly? As in "How doe it feel... to treat me like you do..."? If so then I do apologise. I really thought that it was The Beach but maybe I wasn't listening for long enough (I was eager to hear The Cure and The Commodores as I know New Order well)
Robin Garrish
The first song is Blue Monday without a doubt.

Kung Fury!
David Chvála Yeah that movie got me in the mood for Synth music.
+David Chvála What is that kind of music called??
+Xeno Synth Pop! You might like the artist Wave Racer.
+DookieMeister Thanks! I'll check them out.
But I mean what genre does Kung Fury music belong to? Because it's quite different from this.
Whats the song used in Kung Fury?
sorry to be boring but its not an equalizer but a spectrum analyser.
Who needs Windows or OSX when you can have Atari with both! =)
Sean Appleby How sure are you?
#strangerthings
Please tell me you found something similar to it or at least make the search easier please
I was too young to remember anything but the chorus, sadly. I was not allowed to have a radio of my own so I picked it up through everyone else's means of radio. The most distinct part of the song was the chorus which is not saying what it sounds like. It's too distorted with the electronic voice. The voicing was very deep, robotic like, maybe even slightly "demonic" sounding. It seems like the man is singing "I care. I care. I care, care. Send the rain". That is not at all what is being said, but I never could understand what the hell it was. It was before the age of computers, or I'd have been on here looking that up. This part of the song is the most identifying piece I can remember. It also rhymes with "High chair. Hi chair. Hi chair, chair. In terrain. You know, someone on Reddit asked me to use an online synthesizer to say what it sounds like. Let me see if I can locate it in my 'puter. Maybe this will strike an epiphany with someone. Lol!
I'm going to have to make another one. I must have deleted the voice file. Ugh! Lol~!
oh shot oop....
Real music 4 real Witches hell yeah :; )))
If you love these, you need to listen to "Nova Heart" by the Spoons immediately.

great tunes - bad mixing
Three great songs but the Cure wasn't synthpop.
i think it is... but SLOW synthpop ;-)
JANXEN with an X Isn't the cure new wave?
Dennis Bauer also... i consider this popmusic made on synths ;-) , so synthpop! New wave is part of that, italo disco too which many others maybe dont agree too. It's mainly music from the late 70s and 80s, great decades of music !
JANXEN with an X It's mostly guitars. I can't hear any synths at all, therefore not synthpop.
lambd01d The Cure is synth
too long for each track
