Coming from a 23 year old, I am extremely envious of all the 35-40 year olds. The best music, the best car culture, the attitudes, urban culture and lifestyles... I still rememeber little bits of this that carried into my childhood in the early 2000s I just wanna hear trance at the nightclubs and act like time never progressed past the 90s

My Dad used to play bangers like this in the car all the time. Now he's passed on I listen to tunes like this to feel closer to him, when COVID calms down we plan to scatter some of his ashes in his fav place of all... Ibiza of course! Miss you Dad, gone way too soon.

So its kinda special to me as CM - Dream Universe is one of myball time favo trance tracks . Same place as " fucking Babyboomers from Absolom ( Belgian Band by Christophe Chantzis) . Check all these trucks out. Oh and ' scooter - rhapsody in E". From 1994. yea scooter from how much is da Fish. But rhapsody in E is a real gem. Unkown by many but a real trance classic.
I love the baseline of Bbe - 7 days and one week. It's brilliant. Energy 52 Cafe Del Mar is an icon too. There's so much remixes of that. Much more great stuff from that time. Antiloop - In my mind. This was a complete game changer in the club scene in the mid 90’s. It wasn’t actually released in the pop charts till 1998, however one incredible night in Talltrees, Yarm in 1996 I was busy being off my rocker and Sasha dropped his remix of this and the whole massive room kind of stopped and looked at each other during the incredible audio our ears were experiencing as there was nothing like it before then. Sounds silly now but it was one of the most spiritual club feelings I ever experienced, it was as if we all felt it and just knew, we were there, it was a moment, and nobody could take that away from us, ever…….
In Germany we used to watch it on “Viva - Club Rotation” with Daisy Dee aired each Saturday. Afterwards we were off to the Clubs. Being 19 back in the days was great!!!

I'm 55 now but unlike most of my peers who are tipically tied to 80s, i consider 90s to be my favorite decade ... i was 12 when i saw KRAFTWERK playing at Italian TV for the first time ... it was in 1978, i was a young boy and i used to study classic piano but i immediately fell in love with that sound and i was fascinated by synthesizers and electronic equipment ... It was in the 90s and NOT in the 80s that the heritage of Kraftwerk was collected, IMHO ... The taste for experimentation typical of the 70s was repeated twenty years later... :-)
I absolutely love this track, i remember listening to it at Central Station Records, in Melbourne, on Vinyl when it first released, my god the goosebumps that this track brings, and still brings to this day, this is one of my favorite Vinyl records.

Standing in a club with this playing everyone in the place standing arms up loving the vibes. I'll never experience such again sad thing is I doubt my kids ever will ..
