It's highly unprofessional. Whether he meant anything by it or not, it's just unprofessional. Comments like that don't typically fly in a typical work environment.
he would never say some stuff like that to a guy, he’s been covering the pacers for years and has never said anything like that, so because its a chick he’s allowed to act creepy. that was beyond uncalled for in any setting.

BUT! dont file this under cancel culture, he’s not canceled he still has a job he still has a voice, he still has social media access, albeit he was suspended for two weeks and cant cover the team for a year, ( and from what ive read he’s never covered that team before ) he still has a job. Rule #1 in a job do not embarrass the company, and he did just that, so they had to sit him down for a bit.
but please dont confuse this as cancel culture, that word gets falsely thrown around far too much.

All you have to know is that a woman was offended. It doesn't matter if it was justified or not.
This is why women's sports aren't POPULAR in this country. Reporters can't even ask them QUESTIONS without getting SEVERE backlash. If you're a reporter you wouldn't WANT TO talk to them after this.

But its true, the WNBA draft tv ratings surpassed every regular season MLB, MLS and NHL game going back 20 years.
