Imari does a great southern accent. I have not heard his name beforehand. A lot of the best voice actors and actresses are like that. Hol Horse has always been my favourite character and should have been an ally. Just like Yuya Fungami. He was too much like the Joestar team not to be.
In regards to the blonde characters. Part 4 even had the Japanese characters as blonde. Although it can be explained via the Stand as Giorno had black hair.
