I have read fr galatians to timothy. Now reading corinthians. Lets make a goal to rd three chapters per day. If every Christian evangelise to 5 persons, every person in the world would know Jesus. There are some difficult things in life that you cannot do. But the above are two easy things you can do. And it will make a huge difference in your eternal reward in heaven.

There are some very good principals in your teaching. And there's an other preaching of you I really liked a lot. So thank you for those encouragements and blessings. But I can not fully agree with everything you preach. Here is why: I see how a self fore filling prophecy can find it's way: 1) people see all the bad stuff 2) conclusion: the antichrist is coming and there is nothing we can do to change society. 3) we need to separate our selfs from those people : doing evangelism is wasting our time 4) so the result is: nobody is coming to Christ 5) then we confirm and say to one another: we are indeed the last days. And "encourage" our selfs in a selfish way: "Jesus is coming soon to rapture us out of this mess!" Now, I wonder how salt in this world will still be useful in this generation. What did Jesus say again? HERE'S THE PROBLEM : NOBODY THINKS TO HIMSELF: WHERE IS THE EXEGESES? 1) What does "the last days" mean? Last days of WHAT? And "the end of all things", WHAT all things? May I suggest Paul is talking about the end of the Old Covenant, and it's temple in Jerusalem? (Heb 8:13 "In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.") What else could it mean for a guy like Paul? For what other reason would he write these things to Timothy? Didn't he wrote to him? How can you know for sure this generation ( in 2018) is the last generation? Didn't guys like Darby and Scofield think that also? And what about Hall Lindsey? Wasn't he sure? And what about the guy who wrote that book "88 reasons why Jesus will come back in 1988". Even in time of Spurgeon people thought that way! How then do you proof your saying? By what's on (fake) news? How can you put more importance on what people do and say on tv, then trying to figer out what the texte possibly could mean to somebody like Timothy, to whom Paul really wrote that epistle?!! This way of seeing things is NOT in the avantage of the Kingdom of God on the earth! This is NOT encouraging Christians to get involved in evangelism and changing society by being salt and light in politics, media, justice, police, education etc etc. And, foremost: it is not the right way to give an explaination of the Word. I just hope you'll check about this topic with the Lord. But again: thank you for every positif and encouraging word in this message! Blessings
I have found that young people who watch vampire movies, can and do a lot of the time, end up cutting themselves. I had a friend, that she knew of a woman's daughter who would cut herself with a razor blade . Came to find out, this daughter watched lots of vampire movies.
Piercing has gotten to the point of total body destruction. Look it up and see pics. I have tattoos but look at some who have gone to extremes. That is cutting.
Righteous better take over soon in these times but I've met too many Believers who are too lazy and apathetic to get involved in the government that rules over them where our Founders gave us choice. As if it's unholy to know politics, they forget Proverbs 29:2 and Hosea 8:4. The latter says, "They made kings but not by ME, they put up princes without MY approval!" The former says, "When the Righteous rule the people rejoice, when the wicked rule the people mourn and groan" as it is today! This "restrict act" is an example of an abomination and you should repeatedly call or email your representatives and tell them NO! We must be vigilant Believers or wicked devilry will result. Yes, God's sovereign but HE gave the earth to the children of men, that's us and it's up to us to act for Righteousness' sake!
Piercings and cutting aren't really the same thing. Equating something as petty as piercings with something as serious as cutting is bad practice. I know he didn't expressly say that, but he did kind of lump them together and that is not cool. Most women get their ears pierced. Is this to be equated with people who are struggling to the point that they cut themselves?
He did not say they were the same. He was referencing the appearance of gothic individuals (piercings and dark clothing). He separately discussed cutting. This is a Holy Spirit let important meat message. This is a blessing as we are in the last days. I pray we all work out our salvation with fear and trembling. God Bless

Nor is it in any way similar to cutting, which people across multiple subcultures participate in. Working out one's salvation deals only with sin as defined by the Word. Not something as inconsequential as the fact that you dress and look different than other people. We have to stop getting this wrong in order to preach the true Gospel to people.
I feel you are nit picking this sermon. It is an important word and immediately we have Christians making negative remarks. Go to the preacher, ask him for clarification then if he is unwilling to resolve the issue publicly call him out. This is a true man of God I would tread carefully. I am sure God is not pleased. cutting is a mental health issue - as a counselor with over 15 yrs experience, cutters use it to decrease emotional pain by inflicting physical pain.
