For being the second largest city in Ghana, it looks like a small town, even by African standards. Congested, dirty, disorganized. I'm not African by the way. If you look at cities like Kigali in Rwanda, its beautifully planned and properly maintained. A country that suffered a civil war has better planned cities ! No excuses.
