I arranged this fishing trip with Kalpoo's with captain Ravi to reunite with my long lost school friends who i haven't seen in a very long time.
The current was soft all day which made it perfect to bank.
The weather was overcast throughout the whole day but no rain fall or sun, best weather to fish!
We got nice fresh dead Joshua and Shrimp bait. The bites were moderate all day . The sea got a bit choppy with the wind but after lunch time it eventually got back calm.
We caught a few different species of fish which include Lane snapper, lots of Weakfish (Salmon) and Racando (Cro cro) , some catfish and gamet which was released , one Bachine and a few Tawat. However i was unable to capture all the footage .
Captain Ravi provided us with some pineapple chow and roast fish on the boat which was phenomenal, tasted succulent!
Always a great experience trying out new things and tasting something new everyday especially from different people.
Nothing can beat the outdoors and nature itself , doing everything natural as well ! traditional methods.
Catching the fish out of the water , cleaning it and seasoning it with herbs and spices and letting it roast in the foil is tremendous ! fresh and tasty .
Simple but effective !
It was most of these guys first time fishing and it was a great experience overall , its not always about catching fish but once you make memories and be happy thats all that matters !
Everyone had roast fish, Pelau, Chow and oysters and had alot of fun and laughter .. we caught alot of fish too !

To be honest i use all different size and type of hooks, mainly mustad demon circle hooks or mustad a la vive hooks
