Your a damn good teacher and you execute the food plating techniques very well and the philosophy behind it. I've learned more watching just 10 minutes ( 2 videos) of your videos than a vast amount of time reading about it trying to increase my food styling IQ.

I used to be an usability engineer before started cooking too! I'm always concerned about how people will eat the plate i'm offering them and what's the easiest way to do this. Thanks for the tips, I loved your channel!
