MILKMAID Biscuit Pudding Recipe
Serves:20 portions
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
•1 Tin MILKMAID 390g
•Butter 400g
•Cocoa powder 5 tbsp
•Coffee powder 2 tbsp
•2 cups - milk
•Biscuits 80
Method:
1. Combine MILKMAID, butter and cocoa powder together to make chocolate butter paste.
2. Warm the milk, add the coffee powder and stir. Dip the biscuits, one at a time in this liquid and arrange at the bottom of a shallow glass serving dish or in individual glasses
3. Spread the chocolate mixture over the biscuit layer and repeat, covering the layer with more biscuits in a similar manner till all the biscuits are used up. Spread this chocolate mixture over the top biscuit layer. Decorate with cashew and chill in the refrigerator

Try using 100g to 200g butter and use melted chocolate instead of cocoa powder. Tastes heaven.

Yes, instead this recipe uses 1 Tin of MILKMAID 390g along with cocoa powder and butter to make the chocolate mixture

I made this,using exactly the amounts you have given. But the mixture didn't work at all..It only tasted of butter!!! 🤷
