I am hoping to go to Hajj this year. I registered back in Ramadan. So far they have checked off for me the first three steps-

Announcing the opening of reservations
Now I’m waiting on them to check off the fourth step which is…Choose the appropriate package and complete the payment

I filled the visa questionnaire (the one you show at 7:45) after my payment was accepted. Now under the "Visa Inquiry" tab, it says "Waiting To Send Passport To Embassy". Does anyone know what the next step is? I can't just send my passport on its own to the embassy. Shouldn't there be a form to fill and send along with passport?

@@dwiforex Germany. I tried calling the Saudi embassy in Berlin several times to no avail. They probably won't answer my email either. Waiting any longer is risky since there is literally less than 4 weeks left for my flight... I think I am just going to send the following documents by post/DHL and inshallah things will work out:
- Passport
- 2 personal pictures
- Vaccination certificates for COVID-19 and Meningitis
- Printed Invoice from Nusuk
- Printed booking details from Nusuk
My personal information and visa request are already submitted on the Nusuk platform, so I can't think of any other document or information they could require.
May Allah help us get through this.

@@dwiforex I sent my documents to the embassy on Thursday and they have been received there yesterday (Friday). The Visa status on Nusuk is still "Waiting To Send Passport To Embassy".
@@zaid_doofesh Did you get any response from Embassy? I am Permanent Resident in Canada with German Passport. I got same message as you. Talked to the Embassy in Ottawa and they told me not to send the Passport. They are working with Ministry of Hajj to figure out with Nusuk what to do. Embassy just wanted me to email them Passport copy, PR copy and screen shot of Nusuk status

I am from London UK. Since 2 weeks I try to book the package, but I got comment that, COUNTRY CAPACITY IS FULL.
Then I made the compliance to support like, now I am getting messages that, the capability for all packages has been fully booked. I think its mean no more seats are available for UK citizens.

Salam my brother! It was in SAR, if you go to the bank they should give you the option to do so InshaAllah. If not, then remit in USD if you can. I hope this helps mi amigo :)

They need to publish a step by step guide and definition of what words mean according to them. From the beginning to end this is a headache process.

Salams. I received the bank transfer info but it directly included the address of Saudi co. For visa and travel solutions and my bank is asking for it in order to transfer the money

One question: you said that you booked a Saudia flight on your own. There is an info on the saudia webpage saying that you are not allowed to book a ticket on their website if you have a Hajj visa. Instead you have to contact an office to do the required preparations...what do you think? Do you expect problems?

I booked Hajj package HJ3000 for me and my wife and wired the full payment which was received to NUSUK HAJJ on 5/9/2023 four days earlier than the deadline .Yet , the NUSUK System cancelled my booking and changed my profile status to Verified .The money i sent is in my NUSUK Account as credit.. some people who were able to speak to NUSUK Support and were told that the "booking cancellation" shown on their profile is a system error and it will be fixed and their profile will be updated with the confirmation of the booking they made .We have complied and followed all the rules and paid on time and to see our booking reservation cancelled for unknown reason is really frustrating .If this is a technical issue with their system , will they honor our previous booking package or if they deny us this , how can we get our full refund ?

Assalamu'lykum, I have a question I made the bank transfer complete in 2 transactions + bank fees extra, but somehow my both the Nusuk remittances shows 600 SAR less, I guess which are quite high amounts, could you or anyone else also faced a similar issue

With these resounding words that stir the heart, mind, body and soul, I make fervent and loving Dua that all Huj’jaaj are rewarded with Hajj Mab’roor - a Hajj that is accepted by Allah (Sub’ha’na’hu Wa Ta’a’la). The beloved Nabi (Ra’soo’lul’laah Sal’lal’laa’hu A’lay’hi Was’sal’lam - Peace, Blessings, Mercy and Salutations be upon him) said:
The reward for Hajj Mab’roor is nothing else but Jannah [Paradise]. (Sahih Bukhari, vol. 1, pp. 586, Hadith 1773)
We have gone through the difficult times of Covid 19 Global Pandemic, when we saw sad and haunting images when the Ta’waaf area was empty. Allah (Sub’ha’na’hu Wa Ta’a’la) has been Most Merciful to us. This should serve as a reminder and a gentle warning: if you have the health and the wealth, then please perform your Hajj: do not wait for “one day when I am older" or "I don’t feel ready yet” … My Dua:

-May Allah (Sub’ha’na’hu Wa Ta’a’la) Grant you the Gift to walk along the streets and alleys as you walk on the sacred and blessed footprints in Mecca, Medina and Arafat: on the footsteps of the Beloved Nabi (Ra’soo’lul’laah Sal’lal’laa’hu A’lay’hi Was’sal’lam - Peace, Blessings, Mercy and Salutations be upon him), the blessed Sahaba (Ra’di’Allah’hu An’hu’ma) and our mothers, the Umm-al-Mu’mi’neen (Ra’di’Allah’hu An’haa and Ra’di’Allah’hu An’hu’ma) and many thousands of Aw’li’yaas who have made this same journey. What a great honour and a humbling experience. Ameen. Yaa Rabb-al-Aa’la’meen.
- “And, take a provision (with you), for the journey; but, the Best of Provisions, is Right Conduct. So fear Me, O you, that are wise!” [2:197]. It is important to wear Ih’raam around the body (to purify the body), but also Ih’raam around your heart (purify your heart and remove jealousy, hate, anger, greed, ego, envy, arrogance, boastfulness, showing-off), Ih’raam around your Brain (Purify your brain and remove toxic thoughts, thinking you are better than someone else, comparisons, falsehood, negative thoughts and so on) and Ih’raam around your tongue (back-biting and so on; say that which is good or keep quiet. Keep your tongue moist with the remembrance of Allah (Sub’ha’na’hu Wa Ta’a’la), Zhikr, Durood and Is’tigh’faar). The dress of Taq’wa (Piety and God-Consciousness is the best. May you come back with Ih’saan (Excellence) in good manners, humility, piety, kindness, helpfulness, respect and concern for others. For surely, the entire ethos of Islam is based on social justice wrapped in the garments of piety, humility, good manners and Character, morals and ethics. May Allah (Sub’ha’na’hu Wa Ta’a’la) adorn you and us with the “Libās-ut-Taqwā” (the dress of Taq’wā) which is the greatest garment a person can adorn. Ameen. Yaa Rabb-al-Aa’la’meen.

@@marouaneou94 write a mail to them maybe they will provide clearance. We have got now 1 of 2 Visa approval, so maybe wait a little more.

There's no option for camp only in the UK, mostly all stop over flights to Cairo.

I don’t believe so bro, still more spots. It’s possible the packages you have in your booking are glitched and that’s why you are seeing that. There should still be some more packages available

You have to go to your bank and show them the screenshot of ur booking/bank transfer page. That booking screenshot has information on the Saudi Bank number that your bank will have to wire the money to. International Bank wires can only be done through the bank.
Hi, I tried to do it online but when I put the swift # it gives me a different bank address than what is on my booking
@@mariamhanne304 Where are you located? In New York, you need to go to a Bank to do an international wire. You cannot do it online at all

Can booking of packages through bank transfer only be done by your bank?
I might have made a mistake and put the entry date as 5/19 instead of 6/19. Any idea how to fix this as it doesn’t allow editing, is this going to be an issue.
Salam! I don’t think this will be an issue - the hajj visa is valid from the date of approval (which will likely be a day in May because it takes 3-4 days to approve)

Salam it takes 3-4 business days so no weekends from what I’ve seen - unless there is an issue with your visa application
Were the companion visa applications done at a later date?
