great video some constructive criticism Add chapters to your videos for easier navigation for viewers. Add a map of each location at introduction to each area and maybe discuss proximity to airport or downtown as a reference point ( helpful to people unfamiliar to Phoenix) at end of each area a Price breakdown shown on screen that could be easily paused . I know it's a lot of work, I have edited a ton of video but this will differentiate you from the masses. In your description you could also add the cost info for referencing. I have followed your channel good work

A little frustrated with not knowing if membership is available or not, as this will be a determining factor on where we live . Budget up to 2.1 mill for the house and a buy into a club no more than 80k with no more than 1500 month dues
