I read your comment & felt it n my soul....I actually forgot how amazing I felt & I was back 19yrs ago after I left mine after 9yrs together & 2 sons that were 1 & 2yrs old when I made that decision....Hardest thing I've ever done in my life but by far the absolute best decision I coulda made...& You are right, I literally blossomed & grew into a healthier ,stronger, confident, & 100% independent woman & mother in every way - mentally, physically, financially....He had no idea what he lost until about 10 months later when he ran into me out & girl he became a 14yr old insecure & intimidated lil boy unable to even speak a full sentence that made sense ...jaw on the floor!! That REVENGE GAME I possessed from head to toe was too much for him baby....& The only thought I remember having about this man I used to love so much & admire & hold in such high regard like I was so lucky that someone like him would choose me cuz I actually thought I was beneath him n some way -- that night , he just looked so pathetic & weak ..."basic" for lack of a better word...maybe the fact he was with the same young lady he thought he'd get away with cheating on me with that was actually married & using him for a sugar daddy ...& Everyone was in on that info but him ...idk...But , it may be wrong, but if I'm being completely honest , I took enjoyment in seeing the look of regret on his face that night , not cuz I'm a mean evil person...but bcuz my heart & soul needed that moment ...for all the nights I spent crying feeling not good enough ,not worthy enough, up all night just praying he'd come home & love me & his sons enough to stop taking us for granted....& How after I left although I kept the open door policy for him to be a father to his sons cuz I'd never deprive my sons of their father....but he unfortunately never could make the time to be there for them ,not n the 10months it had been until that night I ran into him ..& not n the years that followed...their 21 & 22 now & couldn't be more proud of the men they are. .So that's where my enjoyment all those years ago came from. & Your comment jus reminded me of that ...so thank u, I needed that . Sorry for the long rant....but congrats to you & I wish u & any other woman who's in the same situation nothing but continued strength ,love, & blessings to come !!!! 🙏❤❤

Was not a Country Music Fan, so wasn’t familiar with her when she was in the duo with Sugarland. First time I heard her voice, I was blown away. This song is on my iPod rotation and could be the anthem for every woman who has gone through a bad breakup or divorce.
I will say it....... Jennifer has the most beautiful voice, ever in the history of country. And yes, I love Dolly, Reba, Loretta.....all of them. Up until Jennifer my favorite was Patty Loveless.... but Jennifer is in a league all her own. Such beauty, range and emotion in every word. Her voice is incomparable. This woman can sing anything... absolute amazing talent.
