If I had to guess, you joined a server that is "PVP" but has a ruleset - but because all you see are [] [] [] [] you could vary well be missing some critical information. Things like raiding windows, roleplay pvp servers, or small friend list bunk. If you don't speak, really, you would just look like a random griefer. Finding proper Anarchy style servers that allow that style of play is not common - doing it blind is quite the gamble.
Don't get me wrong, this was still content and hilarious.

Language pack - if he were to enable it, he still wouldn't be able to read it. It could get his video's flagged because although he doesn't know what they mean, youtube might.
I wouldn't look too deeply into modded gameplay of old games if your looking to avoid 'weird cult nerds' - it's the equivalent to walking into fraternity but not enjoyer of bro culture.

This doesn't at all seem like admin abuse. It looks more like admins maintaining the health of their servers by removing a "griefer". Even seemed like they would have given you a chance (too bad for language barriers) but you were just running helplessly in circles for whatever reason. Your best bet would have been to just sit where they tped you to. Honestly, what is the point of trying to run away at that point anyway?
