In short, cash flow into investments with the highest returns. Right now if you are able, cash flow into interest bearing savings accounts money markets etc, while equities in aggregate are probably going flat or probably going down.

it really depends on your age and goal. theres really no strategy. as a young man, you're objective is only to put money on the system, you don't even look at price unless is super overvalued and even in the case your loss is minimal because its still a dividend stock
