  • Mohammed, a 12-year-old Iraqi boy, was brought to mid-Michigan to receive life-changing medical care. He was burned as an infant by an exploding oil lamp in his home. Last fall, a Michigan Army National Guardsman befriended Mohammed in Iraq and brought him to Michigan, where he received medical care from a MSU doctor at Sparrow Hospital. Hope MSU and the Guardsmen keep up
With this kid. You all make me glad to be an American.
    Cheers!
