SEC has very well done requirements, I'm not sure about states but either way none of these people are registered with either so they can't legally give financial advice so they use that cop out saying it's not financial advice. If it's a strong enough argument that remains to be seen but otherwise you could sic the SEC on them. I believe there are similar rules in the UK and in EU. You can easily look this up. SEC itself provides a pdf on what constitutes a real financial advisor. I'd post more info on this but I'm not sure how to put it in a form short enough for a CZcams comment.
