    Love this pendant, thank you Oxana! I have the perfect size stones for this design. 😃 I’m wondering if you think it would work using 20 gauge square and 22 gauge half round (which is all I have 😛) wire for these size stones, or do you feel the smaller gauge wire is better for this size of stones? I can buy smaller gauges if you feel it works better. Thanks so much!!

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  Před 2 lety +2

      I find the 21 is easier in this case because the stones are so tiny. But if you use slightly bigger stones then you can do 20

    I am a big fan. Your work is beautiful. I really like this one. I've never used dead soft wire, have always used half hard but this is hard on my hands and hard to shape. I've been concerned that using dead soft wire wouldn't be sturdy enough and be difficult to wrap because it's soft but I'm sure would be easier on your hands. It doesn't look like you have any trouble wrapping and the wire and pieces look sturdy and hold its shape. Any tips? I would appreciate it. Thank you.

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  Před 2 lety +1

      I definitely find the pieces sturdy enough, I mean if someone really tried hard they could bend the finished product, but with regular wear it holds up just fine.

    Thanks for this! Several questions about cords. Can you help me better understand them? What kind of cord do you use? What diameter and length? Do they come with the connections already attached at the ends? Can you put some cord links in description? Thank you!

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  Před 2 lety +1

      If you search on Ebay or Amazon for cord necklace some will come up. I just buy premade ones, just the cheapest ones I can find so I can include one for free with each pendant purchase.

    Can u use round wire with this design ,all my wire is med hard to hard with my square🙄😪

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  Před 2 lety

      you can but it is a little trickier. I've used hard square before, as long as it is thin gauge it should still be relatively easy to manipulate.

    Can this be done using round instead of square?

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  Před 2 lety +1

      Yes, it is just a little bit trickier as the round wire is more "slippery" but can be done

      The pendants I make in my videos I auction off in the Community section of my channel (you have to be Friend level member or higher to see this section) for a starting bid of $15. Alternatively I have another pendant that is similar to this one available on my website for $45 plus shipping: oxanacrafts.com/collections/all-products/products/labradorite-and-peach-moonstone-oxidized-copper-mini-pendant
