Osada Vida - Uninvited Dreams [FULL ALBUM] (Heavy Progressive Rock -2009)

Osada Vida is a heavy Polish prog band in the same vein as their fellow countrymen 'Riverside'.Uninvited Dreams is their sixth album and also my favorite one from them.It's the heaviest and darkest in the discographies - a nightmare-themed concept album yet the music is actually a lot of fun. It can get really heavy but there's also a lot of mellow, dreamy, jazzy, funky and other weird parts to surprise you. You are going to love this album if you love sweet guitar solos which can be found in almost every songs, especially in 'Childmare' which is one of my all-time favorite solos. A keyboardist also plays an important role in creating a unique atmosphere. I also love how most songs clock around 10 minute mark, a paradise for fans of long songs. Such a diverse and unique album for you to check out!

Osada Vida est une perle rare.... une merveille d'intelligence musicale, une caverne d'Ali Baba pour les mélomanes éclectiques, le lien indispensable entre le Prog métal, souvent cafouillant, de trop de groupes et le prog rock redondant et niaiseux d'autres....je découvre à l'instant même "my nightmare is scared of me "... et c'est exactement le style que je rêvais d'entendre , sans plus y croire... ce titre est une pépite.... la Pologne est un bastion du Prog à mes oreilles..... Riverside.. Disperse..... Votum...Inducti...
..... pour moi Osada Vida en est le chef de file... la tête pensante... Ce groupe redonne au Prog une valeur essentielle, l'ouverture d'esprit....

Polski prog-rock choć może nie ma go dużo, to jednak jest wspaniały. Mamy chłopaków z Osada Vida, kiedyś słuchałem kapeli Pinkroom z ich pierwszą płytą (wspaniała!).
Jest też Lizard. No bo przecież nikt normalny nie słucha tych pretensjonalnych Riwersajdów.
