1 pack of eggroll wrappers (frozen)
1 lb ground pork
1/2 c bean thread noodles (soaked in water for 30 mins)
1/2 c carrot (shredded)
1/2 c onion/shallot (finely chopped)
1/3 c woodear mushrooms (soaked in water for 30 mins)
Seasonings
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chicken powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Eggroll Sealer
1/4 c water
1 tbsp flour
