So is a lazer flip like a double hard flip? geuss it depends on style because i do my front side flips with a hard flip instead of a frontside 180 kickflip. this has a similar look to it.
Lazer is a 360 heelflip, so a double varial heel you'd say, it's just the opposite spin and flip directions of a tre flip. I dont like to use the word double cause it makes me think two flips.
And also expanding little bit, you can think of it the opposite of tre flip which is 360 bs shove it and kick flip. Laser it is 360 fs shove it and heel flip, so opposite rotation for both the shove it and flip rotation. So it will look the same but spinning the other way.
It looks like the same setup but SpoT did a little course change. This was Tampa AM 2018 Independent Trucks Best Trick and Yoshi was Tampa Pro 2020 Indy Best Trick.
what's dope about this clip is that it reminds me of The Boss's F$ Flip to flat...idk why but it just got the same vibe...I understand is the same place same contest blah blah blah but... yeah this is a pointless comment
Things cease being impressive after 20+ tries... I don't care how hard a trick is or how good it looks, not making something dozens of times just to make it once just is not impressive, its just lucky. Luck and a lack of respect for your own body and safety
It's one thing to try it a million times when you're just trying to learn a trick, but a whole other thing to throw down at a competition as a showcase of your skill.
The trick landed was great, but that looks like a practice session. If that was a competition, it was a very poor performance trying one trick 50 times. Can you imagine any other sports or dance competition failing 30 times?

Only a couple of people can do it, but you don't see them trying 30 times in a gymnastics competition to try to land it once. Not the right time for practice. You try once or twice if you are 100% sure you can land it. If you fail, you move on.
