This is how it looks like Tropea in the beginning of June.
We will see the town from the beach to the historical center.
There is little to say about the beaches: they are many and all wonderful. The surroundings deserve a few more words: not only Pizzo Calabro and Capo Vaticano but above all Serra San Bruno and the Zungri Caves, two historical-architectural jewels that alone deserve a day away from the sea.

Would you recommend renting a car in Tropea? Or is that too complicated?
Hi if you stay just in tropea you do not need a car. Better rent a boat or make some tours by boat to eolian islands and around the coast of Tropea.
Tropea is from the Greek word Τροπαιον οr in English Trophy
It was part of the chora of ancient Greek polis of Hipponion (today Vibo Valentia)

Супер Городок супер пляжи очень все красиво и интересно часто бывали на этих пляжах но жили рядом в городках . всегда были рады посетить Тропею покупаться сьесть вкусную пиццу . советую если ехать снимать жилье в Городках рядом и туда просто ездить на электричке или брать моторину напрокат там жилье по сути дороже всегда будет стоить это реально звезда Калабрии!
вкусную пиццу?) только вернулись из Тропеи где отдыхи 8 дней)) во всем городе не нашли пиццерию или кафешку где готовят пиццу в печке с дровами.. везде газ! у нас в Бельгии и то пиццы вкуснее были )) что касается место... Тропеа красивая но эти лестницы и подьемы изматывают.. Пойти на море покупаться и вернуться обратно в центр это целый челендж! тем более в такую жарищу! было 35-40 градусов каждый день. Короче двоякие ощущения от отдыха в Тропеи.
@@user-de9dg9rg9mв Италии в той местности очень красивые пейзажи и красивые места, которые сегодня мало чего стоят, но туризм не развит и приходится арендовать машину и нет парковки. поэтому я советую вам не ехать туда в августе, но лучше ехать туда в июле или сентябре и избегать района тропеи, потому что пляжи маленькие и труднодоступные. попробуйте отправиться в район Кротоне, если вам нравятся более дикие пляжи или больше пляжей. организуется из Козенцы или Катандзаро (Фалерна-Марина, Гиццерия), если вам нравятся большие пространства, но песчаные пляжи с большим количеством парковок и более ветреный климат (они занимаются виндсерфингом)
