    Nice job explaining the hip hinge. I suffer from crippling back pain ( after surgeries in the past ) and your video hits the point to avoid any additional pain. We often drop things or lift items in the incorrect manner your instructions are appreciated. God Bless You .

    Yes this video is helpful. Thank you for providing a simple explanation of why and how to hip hinge. Also great demonstration and examples. I like how you used the objects to show how we can apply better movement to everyday activities. I will be using your example to help other people. Great video all around and very encouraging.

      We have evolved to sit on chairs which is not a natural position for humans, our natural position is squatting down to sit, our muscles have there for took a negative effect from this, as most people don't even sit in a chair properly, they slouch

      We're not saying not to deadlift to everyone... It depends on many factors. If you have back pain, sciatica, herniated discs, then we don't recommend deadlifting
