The guns filled with liquid, it’s a play on taking shots (drinking) but also a play on sniper’s shot to the head nicknamed “Love Shot”; the choreography mimickes both meanings. In the storyline EXO seen battling against “the red force” evildoers trying to attack & captor them and tree of life which you see a battle happening in the music video. KEEP IN MIND allot of their music videos aren’t subbed so you’ll have to look up the lyrics & meanings. SM Ent only recently started adding subtitles and the EXO MVs don’t reflect the music since they have a storyline so don’t look at the music videos for the meanings. Since I lost ipad notes for “Monster” which i’m very upset about but in simple terms it connects to EXO story plot of a “Man’s Love Obsession with his Lover” on top of battling themselves and the red force etc. Since MONSTER music video was long before LOVE SHOT you will see that all nine members present, the ninth member @8:19 LAY aka Zhang Yi Xing #LayZhang is present but is upsettingly barely shown close-up in the MV but you can hear his voice and see him dancing.
