I remember first hearing Calibre's music on Fabio & Grooverider's Radio 1 show back in 98/99 I thin it was
'Life' and this man has consistently produced REAL music ever since, one of if not the Pillar of DnB. Ask all the legendary producers and DJ's who is the 'Magician' ..it is Calibre. I've heard it in interviews and spoken in person to a few producers, always Calibre as one of the the top 3 if not the best. Longevity, originality, musicality and not selling out.
The way Calibre mixes between his productions is so mesmerising, creating so much emotion in the different layers of sound. He never fails to take you on a journey.

calibre has been an inspiration for people like myself - his works may sound simple, but it still captivates many and i love it
Calibres work is far from "simple" but I know what your saying, it is conceptual, it has minimal elements but each are extremely intricate and polished beyond perfection, and his sequencing is always impeccable as well

Nobody production-wise captures that soulful, deep vibe like Calibre. The vocals he finds are fucking perfect, and not cliche' high-pitched female vocals that plague all dance music. Dude is the GOAT for sure. Sometimes my sets probably have too much Calibre in them. Lol.
