Don't mind Ben Davies. I think it's better for us against Arsenal. He is less likely to wander up front and leave his defensive duties like Udogies often does.
But he will probably be taken for a ride by Saka which couldn't happen with Udogie.

It would be fantastic if you could rebuild a team and confidence, change the style from defensive bore fest, lose your key goal scorer … and then just go out and win every game playing awesome football.

@@darrynjohnson5808 that is not the core issue at the moment. The issue is that there is no plan B with Ange. We are wide open at the back with very little pattern going forward. There is no improvement even though we have had way more time to practice between matches than most teams this season. We are making the same mistakes over and over and expecting different results. Why are we still so bad at set pieces? Why is Vicario still so weak at corners, and why is it that he still gets no help when he clearly cannot handle being marked? Why are they vaccinated against crossing and shooting in the final third? Why do we never play a ball over the top anymore? Why do we so rarely do overlaps? We are regressing, not improving.

Yep I probably was thinking maybe be Micky plays on the left with Dragusin in centre, he’s pace would cope with Saka and he could cause problems going forward and that back 4 would be strong physically which we need tomorrow, hope Richi starts with son and Kulu and bring pace on from the bench later

I think Davis might work well to defend better and not get so caught out in attack. Davis doesn't get forward as much as udogie but because of this it might help to not be so compact high up the pitch and should give madders more room and time on the ball to make them passes that we have been missing since his injury

Playing Ben Davis left back and not putting Mickey van der ven there is scandalous the Romanian can play center-back alongside Romero and knowing this guy he won't change his tactics or his formation. He won't drop the line back. This guy's only got one way of playing so don't be surprised if we get pumped five nil this guy talks a good story when you listen to him, but I'm not sure I'm totally buying any of it. Let's see what happens after Sunday if he starts the high line. God help us

Who would play if a cb gets injured? When we have the players that Ange needs then we will start to see things like that tried out but until we have 2 good players for each position then we are limited as to who can actually play in the way that Ange needs. Only one window in so far but I expect to see things like you said tried out next season when we have the players Ange wants to play in his system
Anything can happen in premier league football. Liverpool got beaten after missing golden chances , who would have thought Everton would surprise them . .? Newcastle beat Tottenham , they talked enough what a really good team they are , and then next game the also get beaten by crystal palacw So what gives here .?
